Course Structure

This academy program, accredited by the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council, requires a minimum of 450 learning hours, divided into guided learning, directed study, and home practice.

Guided Learning: 120 Hours

· Delivered via a live virtual classroom on Zoom, the program consists of ten weekends designed in a logical, progressive flow.

· It begins with a free "MODULE ONE" weekend course introducing the first chapter, where you’ll experience hypnosis as both a hypnotherapist and client.

· Continuing students complete one module per weekend, one weekend per month, over a ten-month period.

· Each learning day runs from 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with breaks for morning, afternoon, and lunch. Each chapter weekend provides 12 hours of guided learning.

Directed Learning: 165 Hours

· Pre-recorded refresher videos for completed chapters are available for life.

· Detailed course notes complement the live sessions, supplemented by your personal notes.

· Online chapter assessments solidify learning, with tutor feedback and additional support as needed.

· A range of suggested webinars for each chapter provides extensive learning resources.

Home Study: 165 Hours

· The academy emphasizes practicing between chapters using scripts and guidance tailored to your skill level.

· Personal research, reading, and real-world practice with clients help build confidence and competency.

· Students are required to complete three case studies, demonstrating their ability to apply hypnotherapy techniques in practical settings. Each case study must include a detailed client history, session notes, and an evaluation of progress and outcomes.

· This ensures comprehensive hands-on experience and practical application of skills.

This blended approach ensures a rich mix of theory, shared tutor insights, and ample supervised practice, preparing students thoroughly for professional hypnotherapy.
